I moved from New Zealand to Melbourne two years ago and got totally caught up in Melbourne’s great food culture.
My brother Ben had just opened The Final Step cafe in South Yarra and I started providing him with my daily-made home-baked goods. This started as a hobby and as a way to help Ben get going, but has evolved into a small business.
My baking is fresh and real and special to me. I use beautiful ingredients such as free range eggs, Heilala vanilla, local Victorian honey and quality Belgian chocolate, and I create products which taste great and my customers love.
I like to help my customers with products which suit their individual needs and which make their baking special to them.
For now, my range comprises of the products you’ll see on this site, with the idea that this will evolve and expand as my business grows.
